Cedilia Holding Company t/a Celestial Festival/Celestial Events adheres to all government public health and safety measures that apply to entry to Celestial Festival Events, which may change from time to time.

Patrons must follow all health and safety measures issued by the government, venue managers, and the event organiser.

There are continuing and unquantifiable risks associated with the transmission of Covid-19 (or any variant thereof), at any large venue or crowded place. Even with health and safety measures in place, Celestial Festival/Events management cannot guarantee that the events will be free from Covid-19 (or any variant thereof), or that there is no risk of transmission.

Persons attending the Celestial Festival Events must consider their own personal circumstances (including pre-existing physical or mental health conditions or vulnerabilities they may have), and the potential serious health risks associated with contracting Covid-19 (or any variant thereof).

Persons attending the Celestial Festival Events are deemed to accept the inherent risks of transmission and contraction of Covid-19 (or any variant thereof), and Celestial Festival Events management will have no liability to persons attending the events arising out of, relating to or in connection with any transmission or contraction of Covid-19 (or any variant thereof).
